Cleveland . . .Green and Drunk Urbanism

As the St. Patrick's Day Parade ambles down Superior Avenue, 20-some floors below me, I wish that everyday in dowtown Cleveland would seem so lively and "urban."

It is a shame that the city is only alive on St. Patrick's Day, Browns and Indians home games, the Air Show, and when the Cleveland Orchestra plays on Public Square on the Fourth of July.
